Wedding Officiant Services
I decided to become an ordained non-denominational minister through American Marriage Ministries because I wanted to unite couples in love. I soon realized that not every person dreams of a big lavish wedding to exchange marriage vows with their partner. When considering the alternative to a big wedding, most couples either have the courthouse or elopement. I did not want a large wedding, so I got married in Las Vegas and it was small, intimate, and perfect.
I want to be able to provide that same experience to other couples that for whatever reason decide against a large traditional wedding yet want something more intimate and personal than a standard courthouse wedding.
STATE LAW: YOU MUST HAVE A MARRIAGE LICENSE 3 DAYS BEFORE THE CEREMONY.
As an ordained minister and licensed wedding officiant, I offer a comprehensive set of services designed to set up newlyweds for the beginning of their lives together. I offer several wedding packages for your consideration.
· Each package includes a complimentary consultation to get to know each other and to discuss your vision.
· After the ceremony is performed, I will personally sign and mail the wedding license to the county courthouse where the ceremony is performed. The tracking number will be provided by email. I will also guide on obtaining the marriage license AND name change process.
· I officiate LGBTQ+ weddings and polyamorous commitments
· Completely personalized so there is no issue if you’re not religious. It’s your wedding and your vision.
WEDDING PACKAGES
***50% Non-Refundable Retainer required with a signed contract to confirm the date. The full balance must be paid 5 days before the ceremony. Retainers are the total sum of the chosen wedding package, travel costs, and any other additional fees.
Elopement Package $175
· Texas does not require a witness at the ceremony.
· One in-person or Skype planning session
· Ceremony performed at a location of your choice (a home, a park, etc.)
· Exchange of vows (prewritten or personal) and rings
· Signing and mailing of the marriage license
· Maximum of 30 guests
Ceremony Package $300
· One in-person or Skype planning session
· Unlimited text and email support
· Ceremony performed at a location of your choice (a home, a park, etc.)
· Introduction, Exchange of vows (prewritten or personal) and rings
· Signing and mailing of the marriage license
· Complimentary add-ins optional provided by the couple (jumping the broom, unity candle, etc.)
OTHER ADDITIONAL FEES
· Holiday/Special date - $50
- Holidays include New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day, Christmas Eve.
- No Ceremonies conducted on Thanksgiving and Christmas Days.
· Rehearsal (if requested)
- Monday - Friday $100
- Saturday/Sunday $125
· If the ceremony is conducted on a boat or another place where I cannot immediately leave after the ceremony, a waiting fee of $50 per hour is added.

ANY TRAVEL TO THE CEREMONY VENUE BEYOND 30 MILES ONE WAY FROM ZIP CODE 78744 (Austin, TX) INCURS AN ADDITIONAL TRAVEL FEE ACCORDINGLY:
· 31 TO 46 MILES IS $35
· 47 TO 62 MILES IS $50
· 63 TO 78 MILES IS $75
· 79 TO 94 MILES IS $135
Cancellations
If the ceremony is canceled due to no fault of the Officiant, the retainer will be held All other funds will be returned to the client based on the cancellation time frame below.
· 1 day to 13 days before the date of ceremony ONLY the travel fee will be returned.
· 14 to 29 days before the date of ceremony, ONLY the travel fee and rehearsal fee (if applicable) will be returned.
· 1 month to 2 months before the date of the ceremony, a 50% refund will be issued.
· 3 to 12 months before the ceremony: Funds MINUS the retainer will be refunded.
· Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed.
